The 2.4L is 1 inch taller. I know people were working on mounts for the 2.4 to fit the eclipse with no other mods.
www.2gnt.com is going to have the info for getting the 2.4L in an eclipse instead of the info on getting a 2.4 in a neon. They are going to be similar but there will be some differences.
