it all comes down to this:
the black cop was trying to put handcuffs on her, and she didn't want him touching her, hence she was uncooperative. The white cop warned her about the taser several times, yet she wanted to run her mouth about them not touching her. You can't argue with the cops when they are trying to put handcuffs on u, u either listen or u they use whatever means of force they are AUTHORIZED to use.
