+1 first and last time ill agree with you, cops use and abuse their powers.... this is excessive force at its finest... and unarmed SCREAMING woman.... wow that poses a threat... all the had to do was tackle her like they do everybody else, no need for the taser... stupid little white cop... notice it was the WHITE cop on the OTHER side of the car... while the black guy was just being a NORMAL cop and was probably gonna push her against the car or tackle her on the ground... but NOOOOOOOO he had to go and taser her even though im laughin its not funny its just i got a mental picture while typing this of a fat black chick being electricuted
