i use the jrc intercooler also and i haven't seen any problems with it yet, granted i haven't beaten the car like i want to, i've done a hefty number to it. I bought it because it was the only intercooler around that could fit where I put it, but all in all it's a very decent intercooler. I'm definately not new to this and I have seen plenty intercoolers and for what the JRC intercooler is, it's not all that bad and I don't see the why you guys call it cheap metal, maybe the budget ones, cuz those do suck but not the regular ones. Anyway, they redesigned the intercooler recently so any new JRC intercooler bought is a little different from the older stuff. When I get my car to the dyno, i'll be able to see exactly how good these intercoolers are, but for now on the street running around, it's fairs just fine.
