Firebirdguy you are right about this generation growing up around all imports. And I wouldn't fault anyone for buying a new car if thats what they want. But to win a show w/ a new car compared to others that are over 35 yrs old, I do have a problem w/ that. You can't compare new to old, and theres no way as much time went into the bolt ons on a new car compared to the restoration of a classic. Like I said I know how much work goes into restoring,try doing one from 1931,not to many parts cars for that. I wasent argueing beacause sometimes I think that also,but I have as much right to show off my car as the old cars do.
