The cops down here fucked my friend, he was doing 35mph down a 40mph street with his friend right behind him, cops said they were street racing going under the speed limit. Most cops are douschebags, don't have anything to fill their quota so they go for the easiest way. Does he have you on radar going over the speed limit? Fight that charge, it's total BS.
