You cant determine actual static compression by doing a compression test. Too many variables like cam lift/duration/overlap etc.
If you take your timing belt off and rotate your cam 360 degrees, of course it is going to be in the same position. You just turned it a complete rotation. If the car runs and idles decently, your spark firing order is probably correct...

Use some punctuatuion please so your post is not so hard to read..
Theres a thousand things that can cause all of these symptoms.Sounds like you have a few seperate issues.
CEL on? Check vacuum leaks...
