Untill 2003, according to MY definition of a cars platform, the v6 and cobra mustang always shared the same platform, however the lancer and evo have never shared the same platform. And my definition of platform would be drivetrain/powertrain.

That's a bit of a stretch man. Technically the Cobra and V6 don't share the same drivetrain either since the Cobra gets the 6 speed and IRS (and lets not forget about the V8 and Supercharger either), but I guess since some of the bolts they use for the mounts are the same they are practically identical

And as far as interior, I'd venture to say the Lancer and Evo share just as many components as the V6/Cobra. Seats, dash trim, gauges, steering wheel and shifter are different.
