I bought them from a guy that had them on a honda crv, which is the same lug pattern as a five lug chevy, ford, or jeep I think.

I had to buy special lugs to go with them ($60)

I put them on my explorer that I'm getting rid of and they hit my suspension on the inside, so I had to buy a $300 set of billet adapters to go with them!

They have I think 255 55/18's on them. pretty and chrome, not perfect, but I want about $700 obo for them. I definitely have a lot more than that into them. I'll take offers, mustang parts trades, whatever.
