i tend to agree with not taking it to court because its a non points ticket.

but if you don't and its on your record, the judge will see it next time your in there for something like speeding. he won't know its a bullshit ticket and it may just add to you as a history of breaking the law type of thing.


i think i would at least go in and talk to your lawyer about it. my end up costing you a little more now but end up being better in the long run if he can get it dropped altogether.


oh yeah and just so you know. if you get 15 tickets in 5 years for anything you are considered a habitual offender and thats a whole other world where little shit like this could mean jail time. so take care of yourself out there.
