I have the JRC 27 x 7.75 x 2.75 core mounted on my car now, just need to get some bends and straight pipe and I'll start welding it up. I can't comment on the craftsmanship because I've never gone out and looked at other intercoolers up close, but it seems ok to me. I'm more than willing to let anybody who wants to get up close and criticize it at the next TR track day or at the next mitsu meet I go to, though it will be painted black so some of the details may be lost. The only thing you cannot do is criticize the wacky pipe routing I'll be using .

As for dyno numbers, I doubt I'll be making it to Sanford any time soon, but if I do I guess I'll post them. Track numbers will come shortly after installation is complete and clutch break-in is done. I went 12.9 at 104 on the stock smic at 15 pounds, heatsoaking badly enough that I was getting pretty bad knock in 4th. I hope to run 18 pounds with a little tuning, no knock. We'll see how it goes and how my timeslip compares in the next few weeks.
