when you had it ran did they say it had a clean title or that it just wasnt stolen? this thing most likley had a salvage title or somthing and thats why you only got bill of sale. you can get a title if thats the case its a pain in the ass but well worth it because then you may actually get someone to buy it. if it has a COD its not ever eligible to be registered again. g/l with your sale hopefully that little bit of info helps you out.
