the first thing you need to figure out is how much WHP you want, and I am guessing you're asking if it is a good upgrade for a 14b in a 2G? the answer is yes if that's the question, the EVO8 FMIC(average of 350WHP and maybe a little more)can support enough flow to get you into the low 12's(not on a 14b though--lol-with my turbo kit you can hit 10s-lol). The cost might be more than you anticipate even if the FMIC is $200, to get a complete setup-piping(at least 2.5" mandrel),silicone couplers,clamps(t-bolt)and some bumper hacking can run up the cost quite a bit. If you do put it on get a IC sprayer and enjoy....
