i guess eddie had lost the ecu wire from the SI harness, it was weird how he had it, it was like a 8 guage cable running from the fuse box straight to the 12v on the battery (should it have been that way)
This part confuses me, the ecu should blink once when you turn the ignition on, but i dont have any idea why its not getting power. Take out the ecu and see if it smells burt, could be a faulty ecu. As for the hardwiring, are you talking about a jumper wire from the battery to the ecu's 12v, that way you know for a fact the ecu is getting juice?
