I have a 03 Honda RC51 and you have to drill a hole in the plastics, Thats one reason why I havent tried to put them on. Plastics are tooooo damn $$$$$ to screw up. Maybe after a few beers I'll try it, that way If I screw up and Im drunk enough, I'll just sit there and laugh about it and not cry till I sober up....
