Yes, direct swap bolt-for-bolt for any 2002 or 2003. Mark, there are (as always) going to be a few o-rings and gaskets to replace as well for a shortblock swap. The water pump gasket, the water pipe o-rings on the top of the block (2), the o-ring that is part of the oil cooler assembly... Just don't want you to think it's going to be 2 headgaskets and some head bolts. Shouldn't be more than ~$70 for the stuff I mentioned. Best to have a shop taking care of all of that if you're not doing the work yourself.
