Yes the difference in a non-overbore 4g63/4g64 block is .080, but you have to account for the stroke difference in the crank, they aren't proportional to the bore difference.
A 4g63 crank in a 4g64 block would be 3.41in bore with a 3.46 stroke, with 4 cyls thats ~2.1L.
The 4g63 has a stroke of 3.46 in and a bore of 3.35. That gives 122.61 cu in or 1994.20 ccs.
To get 2.14L, you need to go to 3.35 + .120 = 3.47 bore, same stroke of 3.46 to get 130.5cu in or 2139cc = ~2.14L.
