Ah, I see what you are saying now. You can't do that w/o sleeving the block.
The 4G63 has a bore of 3.35, and the 4G64 is 3.41. So to achieve 2.14L with a 4G63 block you need to overbore by .120". You can't do that without sleeving the cylinders on the 4G63 block. You can go to about .080" over and it still passes the sonic test w/o sleeves.
Also at .120" overbore, you need a very custom HG as none of the std metal ones will seal properly around the fire ring.
The 4G63 is a very rev happy motor. The ideal way to go about raising the displacement would be to do "something" to raise the bore and the stroke at the same time, as opposed to just the stroke ........ hint hint
