If you want it black and just do a coat or two so that way there is not alot of material on the intercooler and it does not affect efficiency. Also with it being black it will help out the heat disapation.
See previous thread about painting intercooler black or any color....we already discussed that black is a bad color and powdercoating and blah blah, but I guess you didnt think yourself...if he was painting it at all, hes not looking for all go
