We have a list server here at work that me and my boss wrote in Cold Fusion. Its totally OPT IN so there is no spamming. We could start a TampaRacing mailing list and anyone that wants to get on the list can and the list admin ie: TampaRacing webmaster can send out late breaking info or events to everyone on the list rather than us digging through the forums to find it.
