no flange, i just drilled a hole into my piping and welded it on with a small piece of spacer piping.

and the alky kit, is an AlkyControl.com setup. comes with 2BAR map, and is fully adjustable as far as when it kicks on, how much it initially sprays, and the ramp rate for which it increases with boost.
