Here's how I see the race (not hating), the viper launched WAY too soft. Talon got out on him but couldn't pull any. That still puts the Talon at a solid 11 second car.
The viper can barely break 13's, and there was no gain in the talon, I wouldnt give that much credit to it, as much as I hate saying that, especially with his mod list.
