you heard wrong. He didn't close shop so he doesn't have to fix cars.

Truth is, he got screwed over by EVERYONE. Customers came into shop, stole things as they left. Former Employees stole things out of customers cars. Customers decided to try and tell randy they would come back following week and pay never came back. So many people screwed randy, and he tried doing everything to keep helping people, so he couldn't pay rent, and got evicted. He plans on opening a new shop to help everyone out and make things right. Any more than that you'll have to talk to him.
