with a mostly stock car, not much at all. with one with a full suspension and sticky tires it will be the differance between a 12.01 timeslip and a 11.88 timeslip. just helps lift the front when launching, nothing to hold the car down on the ground, the front suspension will just travel and will not be stopped my the end-links after 4 inchs of travel.
