actually yes, blame the owner because dogs learn from owner, point being - my dog, raised from 2 years old and that dog does ANYTHING i tell it to do, except get me beer. my friends dog - raised since same age and does NOTHING u tell it to do why? because they never took the time to smack the shit outta the dog when it acted up. if a dog acts up its because you didnt raise it correctly meaning the FIRST time that dog acted up or tried bitin someone or something you didnt tell it no. my dog doesnt bite anyone if his life depended on it.
