well crime or no crime, cops take it overboard and u try gettin away from a cop when he pulls u over, i dont care who the fuck you are, its so easy to say one thing, its another when it happens to you. yea the cop held him there for 4 hours, now lets see whats better standing there for 4 hours or, leaving and havin multiple cops chase you for leaving the "scene of ??" whatever they decide to call it at the time. Rotary7 is right, even if he didnt have nothing in his car he has the RIGHT to say no and leave now now if the cops call k9 you cant leave simple as that. cops are gay and im gonna exercise all the rights possible to make their job as HARD as possible when i have commited no wrong doing, and after all that im gonna get his badge # and report him for whatever he did. simple as that. cops can kiss my ass, also for whoever made the comment about when my car is stolen and i need the cops, lol i've had my car stolen and cops took 3 hours to get to my house, by then i was done takin a shower, takin a shit and cooking dinner, and for all i know, 10 other cars got stolen. lets face it cops dont give a shit unless its a life-death scenario.
