you can refuse the search all you want they cant do shit. all they can do is give you the ticket an tell you buh byenow if they see a blunt in your ashtray well then they have probable cause to do what the fuck they want. but they cant hold you there for an unreasonable time to do a search now if the dogs were five minutes away well then it dont matter because it was within a reasonable time
