Most cars you remove the caliper itself, then the caliper bracket, then rotor slides off but.....
If the rotor has the bearing hub built into it, you have to remove the grease cap, remove the cotter pin, the cage, and the nut and pull the rotor off
You can simple beat the stud out and remove it, then insert the old stuff, take some washers that are coated with a lot of grease and stick over the stud, take a lug nut and install on stud till its tight. Then take an air gun and tighten down on the nut till pulls thru and bottoms out
