I have done stupid shit. But I have never done stupid shit in a residential area (obvious, 35 mph limit).
that was reckless and could have killed an innocent bystander.

I know too many bikers that have gone down from stuff out of their hands, and then stupid shits like this abuse what they have and risk others. and for those of you who say how likely is it to hit an innocent bystander keep in mind just yesterday I drove by the scene on dale mabry where that bystander was runover.
