ok so i have been callin around for my cousin..he is looking for a car just like mine so i have been callin dealerships to see if they have any in..and four calls the salesman didnt know SHIT about vw..

"hey do you have any 24 valve vr6's in? it can be a gli jetta or a gti it doesnt matter.."

him* "ya we have some in..we have a 2001 24v vr6 here your welcome to come look at"

me* "umm..thats a 12v..2002.5 and up were the 24v's"

him* "nope 2000 and up is a 24v"

me* "ehh no sir..is it a 5spd?"

him* "yep"

me* "then its a 12v...the 24v's are 6spd's..i have one"

him* "what do you drive?"

me* " a 2004 jetta gli vr6"

him* "theres no such thing as a gli vr6"

me* "are you serious?"

him* " yes there all glx's"

me* "umm...you might want to check your book again.."

then i hung up..i had 2 or 3 of these calls TO VW DEALERSHIPS are they that dumb?
