Yeah, electrical issues suck. So even using jumper cables the solenoid just clicks when you hit the key? The next step would be to pull the starter out and hook the jumper cables to it to see if the starter is good. If it is, then its going to be a wiring or relay issue. I doubt very seriously the motor has siezed in 2 weeks. My turbo mustang sat for about 2 months after I blew the headgasket and it fired right up, even with god knows what in the cylinder that blew.
