The next step would be to pull the starter out and hook the jumper cables to it to see if the starter is good. If it is, then its going to be a wiring or relay issue. I doubt very seriously the motor has siezed in 2 weeks. My turbo mustang sat for about 2 months after I blew the headgasket and it fired right up, even with god knows what in the cylinder that blew.

I just put in a brand new starter yesterday, after the old one went out.

The electrical gremlins plague me.
