Yes, that was Chads car. He later ran a best of 8.2 @ 176 with the auto in Texas. Then took 3rd place at the pump gas drags with a best of 8.6 @ 166 on 93 octane. Taking highest mph, lowest ET (obviously not best over all average), most streetable 8 second car.
Ron Jr's car that is being mentioned above is being built to beat it's class mph of 164mph at Bonneville. I'd say he has it in the bag. Best of luck to him and his father.
