Hm, I Forgot to mention in the original post that the car was in a wreck...hit a mailbox coming around a very dusty corner covered with gravel...

The rear left quarter is dented in pretty well and the rear susp on the same side is all bent up. The rest of the car is good, but its not the PERFECT car to build off of.

Hence calling it a parts car. It does have a bunch of good stuff, but I dunno if Id want to rebuild it. Up to you guys however!
