Default Good at troubleshooting?

I'd post in general car chat, but I know the only replies I'd get is "Why are you fixing a Camry, it's slow?". And besides I know people on the Ford forum actually work on their cars, instead of just putting on a fart pipe and a wing.Anyway, car has been sitting for two weeks, wouldn't start. Battery's strong, even tried jumper cables. Starter won't crank over. Put in new starter. New starter turned it over three times each time struggling, after that only solenoid clicks but it won't even turn the flywheel. There is fuel(pump primes) there is spark(plug wires spark on intake). Why can't it turn the flywheel.Could it be that motor seized up in just two weeks?!?!?!?

Wish I could push start it and eliminate other things that could be wrong but it's an auto.

WTF?!?!?!?

Winner get's a cookie!
