Hell, I have been riding for well over 20 years (yeah yeah Iam an old fart like Cecil.I am a whole 36) and there are days I still get the shit scared out of me. Yeah, bikes are fun and chicks dig 'em, but along with that they are dangerous as hell. All the gear in the world isn't going to save your ass if some cotton head decides he wants YOUR lane doing 55.
My point is this....when you are old enough to pay your own bills, then you are old enough to take your own life in your own hands. I have taught my girls the basics of riding a bike, but that doesn't mean I will buy them one.JMHO~Barbie
Lots of good points there i am 26 and i have wanted a bike since i was 16 and my mom said HELL NO!!!!so there was nothing i could do, and trust me i have spent many of years looking at the dealerships at bikes knowing i couldnt by one but just to look at them and say one day i'm gonna get one. Well like i said i'm 26 now and i just got my first one about 8 months ago (AND MY MOM STILL DOES NOT KNOW I HAVE A BIKE
)So just dont rush and you will get one , one day.
