Mastro did an excellent alignment on my car after I put on the suspension, which I did myself. When we did it the guy helping me had a tool you put on one of the lug studs to let you reset the camber close to what it was with the new stuff on it.
I don't recall, but I really don't think they had to do much, aside from set it up for performance (I think I have -1.5* camber in the rear and -1* front)
