i wouldnt in FL. a vf 22 is best when used with a FMIC. the lag factor is already present with a VF22, adding a FMIC would benifit you greatly in the long run.

you will get heat soak very bad with a STI TMIC. will you be running a water sprayer, water injection, C02 fogger, or any other sort of set up?

have you already bought the VF 22? this turbo is more suited for a 2.5L engine. not saying it wont work, just not my first choice.
