so i was at the st pete meet lastnight, and myself and some others decided to leave after contemplating walking to walmart or target.

well coming down the road, i am up at the light and one of the guys who left with us was in his civic next to me. i dont really do much around the turn but as it straightens up i lightly get on it and put it in 5th to cruise and he pulls up, down shifts, and goes..so i lay in it in 5th, at about 40, and he is pulling away, about a car or two ahead now at 60, and i am only at like 2000rpm, so i shove it into 3rd and by the time i went to 4th i was at his door and passing.

little ways down the road me and this white fox body slow it down to about a 30...im wondering why he wont go...so im sitting there as he is pacing me...waiting...sitting...slowing...masturbating... waiting...and finally he pulls back up next to me. we both hit it from like 3000 in 2nd, pretty even, i shift and he pulls out a car and is slowly pulling away, hit 4th and he is about 2 out at top of 4th...and we didnt even see the civic.

but anyways, dont let this story deter anyone from the meet...i had a blast...i mean shit, i talked to a guy who's grandma had the 231ci motor just like me, and has been wanting the same identical electric supercharger. he was amazed at how well my cherry bombs sounded on the car to give it that not a V6, but not quite a V8 rumble. and for some reason he thought the lt/ls series motors were 350's. not sure where he got that from, but we all know they arent 350's...shit, the L98's i dont even think were 350's.
