I love how no one has addressed any legitimate issues I addressed in my last post on the second page.

Sorry, 4drwhore. I should have trusted you and SlowBoost based solely on your avatars. You look like you're on drugs and he has a pic of a guy with a nail through his lip. Very reassuring--I should have ran to my garage and removed my water lines as soon as I read your first post.

The only reason I am using them is because it was easier to just bolt them on then remove all the water lines.
Now THAT is misinformation. "Water lines will never hurt if you use them, but they are not needed if you allow your car to run under vacuum for (insert random, unscientific period of time here) or if you have a turbo timer set to (insert same random, unscientific period of time here)."

My water lines will remain intact, and I caution readers of this thread to blindly follow people who claim to be experts and/or have suspiciously disturbing avatars. Have fun wasting gas at $2.50 a gallon letting the oil in your turbo cool down.
