Do you know the difference between a T3 center section with water provisions and one without? The water provisions. Otherwise they are EXACTLY the same. If water lines were needed, why do you think companies make BRAND NEW center sections without water provisions? Look through a turbo catalog and find me ANY different part numbers for bearings, seals, wheels, shafts, ANYTHING other than the center section that specifies whether its for water cooled turbo's.
