+1 He's right but, if it was your speed sensor on obd1 models most times your Actual Speedometer will malfunction or jerk.
I work at Arlington Honda i see this all the time.
Its a simple fix air in brakes 5 mins to bleed, or see if you could put a damn pedal to the floor thats it !
I cold be able to read the code for you but, i'm in Wash DC
