The abs light doesn't mean, wheel sensor is bad. It could be others. It could be a circut control failure etc.. something alot more technical then just "o its a wheel sensor" besides you would have to find out which one anyways. There are four. One on each wheel.
Remember iam talking about a obd1 civic abs checking. It wouldn't hurt to try it on the integra to see if you can get the code off the dash. But then it might be something simple like bleeding the brakes. Iam just trying to help you figure out what your problem is then just wasting your time trying a bunch of other things. Saves you time. If this is your brake light(red) led that is on. Thats more of a indicator like the brake master cylinder. Usually low on fluid from either a leak, moisture in the lines from not keeping up on maintance like flushing the brake system. Which if bad enough would cause this. And damage the abs system operation and function.

if the abs light is on then ONLY the abs won't work. so if you slam on the pedal and lock up your brakes the abs will not engage. this has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with the original problem he is having. also 9 outa 10 times the abs light will be on because of a bad speed sensor. they ALWAYS go bad. You should NEVER need to flush the system. the red brake light will only come on if your low on fluid or your e-brake is up. it has NOTHING to do with the condition of the brake system. If you bleed your brakes and the petal is still squishy, your bmc IS BAD. don't listen to people who
