i think its all about the attitude man. you pull up next to this kid sitting in the backseat with his aluminum wing and neons and shit, you want to strangle the hell out of him. but i have actually met ncie ricers before, but they usually like what they put on their car or werent dumbasses about it.

ex: yea, i only put neons on my camaro rs because i really just like they way the look. i think they are neat. and no i dont nail the throttle from stoplight to stoplight.
