that black box is your fuse and relay box. there should be a big square thing that pops into that. wont get it started with out it. my friend had alot of problems with that. the bike he bought just had a paper clip jumping those to just get it started. you can get thta anywhere that sells suzuki parts. its clled a relay box. good luck
