Chris,

If I remember correctly, I street tuned tuned civicboy's car on a t3 turbo that supported up to 350 whp. He went 12.8 on falken azenis on a civic coupe on 11 lbs with a stock JDM h22.

You will be fine running 8-10 lbs on a stock h22 using a average t3 turbo with proper tuning.

I do agree with cronic on going with a bigger turbo then a small t3.
Regardless of what ever you go with, just make sure you get it tuned asap.
