See this is what I am trying to say, you need to build what you want.
If you never plan on turning it more than 6 grand, why would you want a cam that is rate for more than that? Personally, I would suggest staying with an E-cam that makes the power between 2500 and 5500. It is friendly for juice and blower setups, plus it had a lumpy idle to give the girl something to complain about while your taking her to dinner. Also, you don't have to twist your motor to 6000 to get all of the E-cam. High compression + juice is already going to give you a quick whip. Do you want to squeeze every pony out of it or do you want to keep it on the street for a while?

I run the E-cam in my blower car and won't ever change it.... but that is what I would do.
