I've ripped off a few pics from FA and scribbled the wheel and tire notes on them. Here are just a few shots that I have that will help.

17x8+35 is very different than 17X9 +20. The latter will sit 27.5mm farther out! In my research, I've found that the 2 things that make wheels fit are tire width and camber. A 17x9 +20 will probably need a 215 and 2-3 degrees of camber. On the other hand, you could probably run a 235 or 245 on the 17x8 +35 with 1.5-2 degrees of camber.
