more than likely it is a SLAP-T round which is a slight variant version of the SABOT round, it is fin stabilized as well as spiral projected, great accuracy and the tungsten carbide penetrator will go thru 8 manhole covers placed back to back, or 2 full size gun safes as well.

i could care less what they are shooting at but it damn sure looks cool
