A bike can be savvage rebuildable if the owner had insurance and had 1 scratch on every farring. insurance companies do not repair the only replace. I just went through this with my bike and it all depends on the history.
Wrong i see him getting 2k for it, its all id offer with that type of title and age. ive seen a few 04 and 03s go for less that his bike in mint condition.
