Brandon Ford
So Brandon Ford can bite my ass....
The SVT has a couple quirks that I'd like to get checked out by the dealership. I rush out of work and to get to Brandon Ford before traffic is horrid. Pull into the service area to be greeted by an empty drop-off area. Sign says they are open until 9pm...so where the fuck are the service managers/staff?
After standing around for a couple minutes, I walk into the "Service Office" to see if I can setup an appointment. Ask if I can get a loaner while the car is in for service & warranty work. She says "No, we don't do loaners. But we do have Enterprise on site if you want to rent a car." I tell her Ernie Haire Ford has always given me a loaner when my car was in for more than a few hours for warranty work. She tells me they have a free shuttle offered to customers. I then tell her to cancel my appointment & I'll just go another dealership. No comment from her.
So this marks completes my circle of shit customer service at Brandon Ford. EVERY other dealership (Ernie Haire & Bill Currie) offered me a free loaner when my car was in the shop. So why is it I have to pay for a loaner at Brandon Ford? Why is it every single time I go to Brandon Ford EVERYTHING is more difficult/stressful?
